MYAYA TECHNOLOGIES is a software engineering studio based in Lusaka, Zambia, building web platforms, AI systems and cloud infrastructure. For anything in this policy, reach us at Josphatmyaya@hotmail.com or +260 977 199 009.

To reply to your enquiry and scope work, to create and secure your account, to deliver and support agreed services, to keep the site available and free of abuse, and to meet legal or accounting obligations. We rely on your consent for optional communications, and on contract or legitimate interest for everything else.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not use your project details to train public AI models. We do not send marketing email you did not ask for.

Form submissions and accounts are stored in our managed cloud database and authentication service. Hosting and content delivery are handled by our deployment provider. Each processor is bound by contract to protect your data and to use it only on our instructions.

We use strictly necessary storage only: a session token so you stay signed in and a key holding your theme preference. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set. Clearing your browser storage removes both.

Project enquiries are retained for up to 24 months after our last exchange. Account records are kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request. Records we must keep for tax or legal reasons are retained for the period the law requires.

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest by our cloud provider. Database access is protected by row-level security policies so records are only readable by the account that owns them or by authorised staff. Access to production systems is limited and credential-protected.

You may request a copy of your data, correction of anything inaccurate, deletion of your records, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent at any time. Email Josphatmyaya@hotmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. Requests are free unless clearly excessive.

Our services are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our infrastructure may process data on servers outside Zambia. Where that happens we rely on providers offering equivalent contractual and technical safeguards.

If we make material changes we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
